ARRB and ROSDORNII join forces

ARRB has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ROSDORNII, the Russian Federation’s road research institute. ROSDORNII is responsible for all research and maintenance duties on Russia’s entire road network.

The MOU is focused on research cooperation. It specifically focuses on:

• Cooperation in agreed research programs,
• Exchange of skills and technologies to build capacity in data collection and asset management in the Russian state,
• Provision of services to assist in establishing a network of operational centres throughout Russia.

The signing ceremony took place at the offices of GLTK, the Russian State’s leasing organisation for state enterprises in Moscow on 22 November 2011 and was attended by ARRB Systems General Manager - Garry Warren, ARRB’s European Business Manager- Mads Genefke, Nadja Slonova and Marina Malieva of ARRB’s local partners LLC Monitoring. General Director of ROSDORNII, Mr. Konstantin Mogilny, signed on behalf of ROSDORNII and he was joined by members of his staff and GLTK.
