ARRB celebrates World EV Day

The inaugural World Electric Vehicle Day (EV Day), being launched by ABB and Green.TV, will be a day of global e-mobility appreciation and takes place on 9 September 2020.

The Australian Road Research Board has received many questions about the benefits of EVs and what the uptake of EVs is like in Australia.

World EV Day is designed to generate increased consumer awareness about the benefits of EVs and encourages them to recognize the crucial role which they play in driving the shift to sustainable road transport and a zero-emission future.

Green.TV founder and Chief Sustainability Officer Ade Thomas, says, "(it's) a time of digital celebration for both emobility, and sustainability...".
