Dr Max Lay receives Career Achievement Award

Dr Max Lay, former ARRB Executive Director and after whom the ARRB Library is named, has received the Peter Nicol Russell Memorial Medal - Career Achievement Award. The award, conferred annually by Engineers Australia, was presented to Max as an Honorary Fellow who has made "a notable contribution to the science practice of engineering in Australia".
