World Road Association launches Road Safety Manual authored by ARRB at World Road Congress in South Korea

The second edition of the PIARC/World Road Association Road Safety Manual has been launched at the 25th World Road Congress in Seoul, South Korea this week.

ARRB Group oversaw the production of this manual and Blair Turner was the principal coordinator and author. A range of other ARRB staff were also involved and credited in the acknowledgements.
