You are invited to a ARRB Information Workshop - Road Network Management Policy Considerations for Decision Makers

Ensuring Safety, Efficiency and Retained Value Objectives are achieved.

The management of a local road network requires a wide and varied set of skills and experience to understand and help deliver community needs. It is critical that local government managers and practitioners have access to the latest and most relevant knowledge when making decisions to help achieve the best possible outcomes with their scarce resources.

Designed for managers, this workshop aims to assist local government in identifying and prioritising the key challenges, policy considerations and possible solutions available.

The contributors will focus upon the latest developments and examples of good practice in road safety, asset management, network operations and heavy vehicles, and the effective and efficient methods of transferring that knowledge to local government practitioners to help bridge the capability gap, and best harness resources.
