Keeping safe around vehicles is easy…isn’t it? Low Speed Vehicle Run Over Prevention

Written by : Australian Road Research Board

Low Speed Vehicle Run Over accidents (LSVRO’s) can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime. The ripple effect from such an event can be devastating- whether the incident involves a young child, an elderly person, or a work colleague. Join us to hear the effect of one such incident on a community, and the measures that the Georgina Josephine Foundation encourages people to put in place, to ensure it does not happen to others when at home, at work or elsewhere.

This FREE webinar is proudly brought to you by the National Road Safety Partnership Program.

Join us for this FREE webinar on Dec 06, 2017 at 2:00 PM AEDT.

Participants please note - this session will commence at 2:00 PM AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time). There may be time zone differences that apply. It is recommended that you connect to the webinar 15 minutes prior to allow sufficient time for potential connection delays.

The Georgina Josephine Foundation

The Georgina Josephine Foundation was formed after Peter and Emma lost their youngest daughter in a LSVRO accident in the garage at home in April 2011.

Since then, their aim has been to prevent other families from going through such a traumatic experience, focusing on three key areas for prevention- changes to physical environments, changes to vehicles and technology, and education and awareness. More information is at www.gjfoundation.com.au
