Universal access is the provision of equal access to all users, including persons with disability, in a fair and dignified way. This webinar will provide a summary of findings form a review of practices in relation to implementing and designing for universal access with particular focus on people with disability (universal access).

Claudia Trejo is a Professional Engineer in the Transport Safety group at the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB). She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Griffith University. Since starting at ARRB in 2019, Claudia has worked primarily on transport safety, investigations of road related crashes and pedestrian access.
