Clair Price

 

Clair Price completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 2004 and commenced employment with ARRB as a Principal Professional Leader in September 2022 within the Safter, Smarter Infrastructure Team.  She has 17 years’ operational experience in rural road construction, specialising in sprayed bituminous surfacing. Prior to ARRB, Clair focussed on spray sealing design, field procedures and operations, road asset condition reports, quality management and project delivery. She is highly motivated, organised and experienced in sprayed sealing project management and delivery, with a focus on Customer service to ensure quality outcomes. 

 

Clair also has extensive experience in the rural road asset management space, local and state government resurfacing contracts, development of asset management programs including field assessment of road conditions, field inspections and provision of technical advice for bituminous surfaces in urban and rural environments, writing and review of specifications and site operational procedures, and research into field performance of bituminous surfaces. 

 

At ARRB, she is responsible for independent reviews of site / field assessments, technical specification reviews, delivery of sprayed sealing selection and design knowledge to industry and customer interaction / liaison for rural construction, service level determination of assets and specialist surfacing treatment selection and advice.
