three-day Masterclass Event aimed at the road
research industry, to be held in November.

This year's theme is Enabling Connected Mobility.

It will provide hands-on learning, and showcase the latest trends, emerging issues and best practice in all aspects of
five key areas – all in a highly interactive setting.

ARRB is proud of its strong female workforce, and the representation of women within the organisation.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, ARRB is holding
a morning tea at the ARRB Office in Port Melbourne
on Wednesday, March 10.

ARRB’s newest recruit – National Inception Leader and Victoria’s first Chief Engineer Dr Collette Burke – will
be guest speaker.

With more than 40% of our workforce at ARRB female, and strong representation of women on our board of directors, there’s plenty for us to celebrate.

Numbers will be capped for COVID safety reasons, so it’s important to RSVP as quickly as possible.

NATIONAL TRANSPORT RESEARCH VIRTUAL AWARDS

ARRB hosts the annual National Transport Research Awards and ARRB Gala Dinner. This event brings together the elite of the roads and transport industry in one room, for one night.

 
This year’s National Transport Research Awards will be run as a virtual awards ceremony at 10am on Thursday, 19th November 2020.
 
ARRB believes that even though we cannot come together physically to celebrate, it is more important than ever to recognise the great work that has been done in Australia’s roads, transport and mobility sector during the most challenging of years.

Nominations for the National Transport Research Awards are now closed.

SMART PAVEMENTS NOW 

Smart Pavements Now was a three-day Masterclass Event aimed at the pavement industry, it was held in Melbourne from September 18 to 20, 2019.

It provided hands-on learning, and showcased the latest trends, emerging issues and
best practice in all aspects of pavements – all in a highly interactive setting.

Several of the masterclasses and workshops have been recorded on video, and will soon be available for purchase via our online learning portal.
