ARRB Media Release -ARRB celebrates 50 years of road and transport research

In 2010, ARRB Group is celebrating 50 years of service to the road and transport industry.

ARRB was established in March 1960 at a Sydney meeting of our members, including all Australian state and territory road authorities. ARRB was created to undertake research of national importance, which the members could not justify carrying out individually. New Zealand and the Local Government Association joined as members of ARRB in further cementing the value of the organisation to the industry.
