ARRB Parking: a new name, continued quality service

Luxmoore Parking and Safety was established as a specialist division of the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB), to cater to the demand for independent specialist parking consultancy services. After 15 years in operation, its reputation for excellence remains, and has led to its recognition as the market leader for independent parking expertise.

ARRB’s parking consultancy services commenced in 2002, expanding with the purchase of ‘Luxmoore Parking’ in 2008, and operations continued under this name. Over the past 15 years, Luxmoore has proudly served its clients (including state and local government, hospitals, universities, airports and shopping centres) with customised, quality and practical solutions.

As a result of this commitment to excellence, ARRB’s parking experts became the recipients of multiple distinguished industry awards, including Parking Australia’s Award of Life Membership in 2015 to Larry Schneider, for his many years of service to the industry. These experts were also responsible for writing and updating of the Austroads Guide to Traffic Management Part 11: Parking, as well as the development and delivery of several parking operations and management related training courses, around Australia and New Zealand.

This year, ARRB is moving boldly into the future with a fresh new vision leading the journey – to drive innovation and deliver an adaptable, connected future for all Australians. This is to be achieved through the formation of multi-disciplinary teams with highly evolved skills, enabling true collaboration to solve tomorrow’s transport challenges, and discover inspired solutions for today.

One such step to accomplishing this, is through the unification of all ARRB’s businesses and services under the one ARRB brand. ARRB Parking will have access to expanded specialist resources company-wide, and valued clients will benefit from the complete ARRB experience.

The day to day operations of ARRB Parking will remain unaffected: clients may continue to contact specialists via the existing contact information, and the ABN and insurance details also remain unchanged. By way of the website, you can now find us at www.arrb.com.au
